We spent Sunday at the zoo with Rod, Jess, Brendan, Wynette and the kids. It was $5 day, plus Reece was free, so woo hoo for a bargain!!!! It was HOT and busy, but fine until after lunch, when the kids got tired and grumpy (I admit, the adults were a little grumpy too). We didn't make it through the whole zoo, but the kids loved seeing the animals, especially the elephants and giraffes.

Giraffes are BY FAR my favorite animal. They have been for as long as I can remember :)
