We made some last week, which is a really good thing because our friends called us and told us that the freezer was turned off (when we left, we accidentally flipped that breaker) and EVERYTHING was lost. The jam, strawberries, applesauce, steak, roast, waffles, corn (the good homemade stuff)...EVERYTHING!!!! I am so upset about it. Looks like we have to start from scratch when we get home. So sad!
On Saturday, there was a Strawberry Jam (festival) in town. We took the kids and met my friend and her kids there. The kids had a blast. We didn't stay for very long though because we were all tired and needing naps.
