We've been back for over a week, but I'm just now getting to this post. What can I say....Life is busy!!
What a super fun time we had!!! We missed the kids a bunch, but it was wonderful to have some quality time for just the 2 of us.
Our first stop was Key West (Tuesday) and by the time we talked to the kids and walked around, I was exhausted, so we went back to the ship and took a 3 hour nap. I love vacation!!! Key West is "interesting". Mainly just full of bars (very weird ones) and such, so nothing of interest to us, except that the water was beautiful.
The second stop was Cozumel, Mexico on Wednesday. It rained for about an hour, but then it cleared up for the rest of the time. We had lots of fun just walking around and exploring. We found a little internet "cafe" and it only cost us $1 per hour. We splurged and each got a computer. :) Much better price than the ship ($.55 a MINUTE). Crazy!!!
Our last stop was Belize City, on Thursday. We had to take a boat taxi from the ship to the port, which took 30 minutes. Randy and I visited a bunch of little shops while we waited for our snorkeling excursion. Randy even bought me a special gift in Belize. A gorgeous anniversary band. What a sweetheart!!
Snorkeling (Belize) was awesome. The water was so clear and beautiful. We snorkeled on the Barrier Reef, so it was incredible. After snorkeling, we went to a private island, which was out of this world. It was the most beautiful place I've ever seen. Unfortunately, we took our small camera, because we were concerned with messing up the nice one. After we got back we noticed that the lens had smudges and water spots on it. UGH....so disappointing! Even though the pictures are not the best, you can still get the idea of how beautiful it was.
On Friday we just cruised and got baked in the sun. It was so blissful to just relax together and catch up on some quality time.

Jenn, Loved the songs on your video...they went perfect with your cruize picutres. You guys saw so much! What fun!!! The ship looks so Huge!! The food looked amazing. The fruit monkeys were cool. Loved the ice sculpture. Randy with the towel...very cute. So many fun things!
After my mom died the Dr. She worked for sent us on a Royal Caribbean cruize to the Bahammas...for a get away. It was fun but I was only 13. I would love to go again as an adult with Donovan on an Anniversary trip someday, like you guys did.
What a special time for the 2 of you....I'm sure you will never forget!

ok, I just looked at your pictures (I'm reading backwards) and that looks like it was a blast!!! you look great! we're coming up on our 5th, so I'm hoping to do something fun... we haven't left Maeve overnight yet, but she'll be two by then, so I'm pretty sure we'll be able to make ourselves, well, myself =)
