Creamy Potato Soup

Just wanted to share a yummy recipe with you. I'm not a big fan of "cooking", so I often look for recipes that are quick and easy to make. This is VERY easy and the best part is that you can make it in your slow cooker. Perfect for a cold evening. Hey, it's going to be in the lower 30's tonight. That is SUPER cold for Florida.

Enjoy!

Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients:
5lb of raw, peeled and diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 pound cooked bacon (I just use a bag of the Real Bacon pieces and I don't use quite that much)
1 package cream cheese
1 small chopped onion

-Cook for 7-8 hours (unless your slow cooker is like mine and is much faster. I only did it for 5 hours)

*Note: I used all low fat/reduced products (except the cream cheese) and it tasted great*

Sounds wonderful. I'm going to try it for dinner. Great idea.
