Well, we finally got a van. Look at our little "driver", she loves the new van and Reece said, "Wow, cool van!" So we got their approval :)

Back story: Last fall our car started having problems. Randy fixed some of the major issues, but we knew the car wouldn't last too much longer. So we started praying. Our first request was that the car would make it until we got our tax return. Well, wouldn't you know it. The day we got our tax return, we went van shopping and on the way home, it died. Completely shut off...nothing. We were on the interstate and my husband, being the awesome guy that he is, calmly got us off the road and onto the shoulder. We coasted all the way to the exit, that happened to be only one away from where we needed to go. We came to a complete stop and I started chuckling. Then Randy decided to try to start it again, it started up....no problem. I totally lost it. I don't remember the last time I laughed that hard. OK, so some of you might not think it's that funny, but it was. We specifically prayed that it would make it until Tax Return day and not only did God provide that, but He also made it start back up again. I love that God has a sense of humor.
After that, we prayed and prayed for the "perfect" van....you know, the one that He wanted us to have. We really wanted a Nissan Quest, in a charcoal color, but we didn't care too much about features, just that we wanted low miles and a great price. We were open to other vans too, but this is the kind we really liked. Dead end after dead end, we got very frustrated. It seemed like every time we called about a van, it had just been sold or something. Finally we found one about 45 min away and we went to check it out. It was a 2004, but it only had 31,000 miles on it, so that was a plus. Another plus was that it was VERY dirty. Leverage for negotiating the price. :) (Plus, if you know me well, you know that I would have to clean even a "clean" van, so it didn't matter to us).
So we went to lunch, prayed and felt at peace about it. We set a price and said that we'd walk out if we couldn't get it for less than that. Over $3,000 less than asking price. Pretty gutsy, but we felt confident that if it was meant to be it would happen.
We ended up getting it for $100 less than we wanted to spend:) Isn't it great how God works out all these little details.
While we didn't care much about all the bells/whistles, it is loaded with them and we couldn't be happier. What an answer to prayers!
Oh and YES I love my mini-van. I've always wanted to be a "soccer mom." Seriously....I'm very comfortable with it. It's been my dream since I was a little girl :) You can make fun if you want, but it's who I am and I'm a proud Mini-Van Mom. HAHA

I'm not where you are as far as wanting a van, but yours is very sharp & I could see myself in it a little more than before(don't tell Greg!) So awesome how God answered every detail & gave you the "And Then Some." Praise the Lord!! Excited for you & I'm looking forward to seeing you & it in June.
How funny and how awesome!
How exciting Jenn!!! It's a very nice van!!! :)
So cool to read how God answered your prayers right down to the little details. It proves He cares about everything in our lives, doesn't it?
